Job Description
• Implement employee onboarding and offboarding processes in accordance with company procedures, ensuring complete and accurate administrative documentation.
• Manage the HRIS related to employee data and ensure data and document completeness in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of employee attendance data.
• Perform personnel administration and documentation activities according to established procedures.
• Prepare HR Services-related data and documents required for external regulatory or compliance needs.
• Prepare periodic HR Services reports based on business requirements.
• Follow up on employee requests, inquiries, or issues related to employee administration in line with applicable procedures and policies.
• Process and monitor probation periods and contract renewals, including reviewing and ensuring performance evaluation results are properly documented.
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Strong ability to manage and analyze data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
