• Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience supporting an HR department is preferred.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System, preferably Brass Ring.
• Proficient with latest version of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service skills, business etiquette and phone manners.
