Role Summary
The HR Recruiter – Pakistan is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR operations to ensure scalable, compliant, and people-first growth. This role exists to relieve HR leadership of operational bottlenecks by owning recruitment execution and supporting onboarding, compliance tracking, payroll preparation, and employee support.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the right people are hired efficiently, onboarded smoothly, and supported effectively—directly contributing to Chai Vision’s growth and culture.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)
Top of Funnel – Strategy & Sourcing
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
Manage job postings and maintain a strong, active candidate pipeline
Bottom of Funnel – Execution & Closing
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communication
Identify red flags such as AI-generated resumes or inconsistent responses
Prepare offer details and support smooth onboarding handoff
HR Operations Support (Secondary Responsibility)
Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure timely completion
Support HR compliance tracking during lower recruitment volume periods
Assist with payroll preparation and data validation (final approvals handled by HR leadership)
Respond to employee HR inquiries and route issues appropriately
Oversight vs. Doing
Oversight: Recruitment pipeline health, hiring timelines, onboarding accuracy
Execution: Sourcing, screening, scheduling, documentation follow-ups, tracker maintenance

Qualifications
2–4+ years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (agency or in-house)
Strong experience hiring for corporate, operational, or technical roles
Familiarity with recruitment pipelines, trackers, and hiring metrics
Understanding of HR documentation, onboarding processes, and payroll coordination
Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
