Position Summary:
Lemonjuice Solutions reimagines and improves properties through the implementation of real solutions for all stakeholders. The company provides professional management and consulting services to legacy resorts in the hospitality industry and related businesses.
Lemonjuice has established a niche vocation in a growing industry by identifying and implementing new pathways to reinvigorate properties and establish a financially sound footing. It combines over 100 years of industry experience and expertise in the fields of property management, real estate, innovative technology, sales, and investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
Assist new hires with completing onboarding if not yet completed.
Process new hires in the system
Complete I9's
Send new hire emails to HR Corporate
Upload New Hire Orientation documents.
Verify rehire eligibility.
Assist with termination process
Assist with talent acquisition efforts.
Conduct interviews to include pre-screening phone calls of all candidates.
Track offers, new hires, turnover, and missing pieces of information for compliance purposes
Schedule New Hire Orientation
Update facility with hiring event recap
Assist HR Director with special projects (i.e., sign on bonuses, referral bonuses, etc.)
Move the candidates into the hired status in HRIS
Terminate the no shows in HRIS
Run background and onboarding for candidates
Notify the HR Manager if there is an issue with someone's background
Build and close facility requisitions.
Prepare or update employee records related to hiring
Provides consultation to management to ensure consistent implementation of policies relating to performance and recommends appropriate course of action.
Trains supervisors in policies and procedures, positive direction and other topics to ensure consistency.
Works with Leaders and the Director of Employee Relations to assist in assessing employee needs and implementing steps that will increase employee satisfaction and retention.
Serves as a resource to employees with respect to employee appeals of unresolved problems, discipline situations, and harassment claims.
Facilitates orientation for new hires on benefits and policies & procedures.
Assists with unemployment claims and hearings as needed.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs.
Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, recommended best practices and reviews policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date.
Maintains knowledge of trends and best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law.
Manages special projects related to Human Resources as assigned.
Maintains strict confidentiality in all proceedings.
All other duties and tasks as assigned.

Physical Demands

Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D.; or one to three month’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
