Job Overview

This role drives operational excellence across the recruiting organization by managing cross-functional initiatives, optimizing processes, and enabling data-driven decision making. This role blends program management, analytics, and stakeholder engagement to accelerate global hiring outcomes and enhance recruiter productivity.

Key Responsibilities


Identify, plan, & execute global recruiting projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.


Partner with Recruiting, HR, Finance, and Technology teams to standardize workflows, tools, and metrics across regions.


Maintain & validate dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to monitor recruiting funnel performance, headcount progress, and operational KPIs.


Conduct data analyses and provide insights on capacity planning, recruiter performance, and hiring trends to inform strategy and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).


Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and communications; maintain clear documentation and progress tracking in project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira).


Support vendor integrations, tool evaluations, and initiatives for the recruiting.


Collaborate with regional recruiting leaders to implement scalable best practices, ensuring consistency while respecting local market nuances.


Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and narratives to communicate outcomes and recommendations.

​Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field.


Bi-Lingual (English & Korean)


5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR analytics, or project/program management within a global organization.


Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and clear storytelling for senior audiences.


Strong project management skills—able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders across time zones.


Excellent communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail and a bias for action.


Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar) and HR data governance is a plus.

Document Return Policy

In addition, if the hiring documents were destroyed due to a natural disaster or any other reasons not attributable to the Company, such documents will be deemed to have been returned to the job applicant.

• A job applicant who wishes to request the return of his/her hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above should fill out a “Request for Return of Hiring Documents” [Annex Form No. 3 in the Enforcement Rule of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act] and submit It by email ([email protected]). In such case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of identifying the receipt of the request, the Company will send the hiring documents to the job applicant’s designated address via registered mail. Please be informed that the job applicant is required to pay the postage on the registered mail.

• In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

• The above paragraphs 1 - 4 shall only apply when the labor-related laws of Korea govern the application. They are otherwise not applicable.
