We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR People Partner to join our friendly and professional team at Sigma Software. This is a Middle-level position with a flexible work format, allowing you to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different locations.

• Manage personnel evaluation and development processes
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and interviews
• Ensure smooth employee onboarding
• Contribute to employee motivation initiatives
• Support corporate culture development activities
• Assist in employment, position transfers/rotations/dismissals
• Participate in organizing corporate events
• Maintain and update the company’s staff database
• Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies
• At least 3 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry)
• HR interviewing experience
• Full cycle HR experience in adaptation, motivation, development, and retention
• Experience in creating and updating company policies
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
