About the role:
You will shape the future of our Finance and Operations teams. This role puts you at the heart of our people strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while handling the day to day operational needs that keep our business moving. Your work directly impacts how we grow, perform, and support our people in London and beyond.

• Guide leaders through complex talent decisions and organisational changes.
• Manage sensitive employee relations cases with care and expertise.
• Drive our performance management cycles to ensure clear feedback and growth.
• Act as the expert for UK labour laws to keep our practices compliant.
• Partner with our People Operations team to support the London office.
• Use data to track our progress and improve how we work.

What you bring to the team:
• At least 5 years of experience in HR roles.
• Deep knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
• Confidence in managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Experience using HRIS and performance tools like Workday, Lattice, or Peakon.
• A practical and hands on approach to solving problems.
• The ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.

What sets you apart:
• Professional HR certification like CIPD.
• Experience working in a global organisation across multiple locations.
