Deine Aufgaben: Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung der monatlichen Payroll in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Partner Pflege und Aktualisierung aller abrechnungsrelevanten Daten in unseren HR-Systemen Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Arbeitsverträgen sowie Vertragsänderungen Koordination und Verwaltung der Beantragung sowie Aktualisierung von Arbeitsgenehmigungen Erstellung von HR-Reports und Auswertungen sowie Betreuung des Zeiterfassungssystems Unterstützung von Mitarbeiter:innen, Führungskräften bei HR-relevanten Themen Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungslösungen im HR-Bereich Dein Profil: Erste Erfahrung in der Gehaltsabrechnung oder in einer vergleichbaren HR Service Stelle Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Workday oder vergleichbaren HR-Systemen Sehr gute arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse und Verständnis für lokale Vorschriften Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse sowie sichere Kommunikation auf Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich) Hohe Genauigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Blick für Details Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel Offenheit für neue Technologien und Tools, insbesondere im Bereich Low-Code / No-Code Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung Es handelt sich um eine Vollzeitstelle mit einem unbefristeten Vertrag.
