Qualifications:

•
At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role specifically in Payroll, Compensation and Timekeeping

•
Strong understanding of employment and labor law

•
Working knowledge of Philippines employment laws and regulations

Goals of the position:

The position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas of: timekeeping, Payroll and Compensation. Alternatively, the role provides tactical HR advice to the business unit or company in a specialist function.

Main responsibilities:

•
Serve as primary point of contact for HR related inquires of programs, policy and processes.

•
Maintains 201 file records. Administer other HR paperwork and various administrative and support functions in support of department operations including file maintenance, scheduling, report generation, invoice reconciliation and payment and preparation of correspondence

•
Present various new hire orientation program topics (e.g. benefits; HR policies) Provide support, educate and train users on how to utilize the different HR systems and processes (e.g. compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding and off boarding and other HR processes).

•
Handle system administration and maintenance related to compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, performance management

•
Technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

•
Serve on project management team for major systems acquisition and/or enhancements to existing application software and operating system software.

•
Extract data by running queries from different HR systems based on the requested information of HR staff and client employees.

•
Manage workplace relations, provide information and advice to employees and people leaders on employment legislation

•
Ensure consistent application of IONOS operating systems, policies, procedures and implementation

•
Provide advice to ensure the effective application of all IONOS HR policies and processes within assigned area of expertise
