Secretariat Advisors is your source for independent expert advisory services. Secretariat specializes in international arbitration, general commercial arbitration/litigation, forensic accounting, economic damages, construction, and government contracting. Secretariat’s experts maintain integrity, quality, and objectivity when solving complex disputes, delivering detailed analyses, and articulating meaningful results in a clear and concise manner.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an HR Operations Specialist in our Midtown Atlanta headquarters to join our team. This role will work closely with the Human Resources team and other operations professionals on a variety of tasks and projects as we enter the next phase of company growth. This role offers the opportunity to grow into increased ownership of HR programs, culture initiatives, and cross-functional projects as the organization continues to scale globally.

Responsibilities

HR Projects & Programs Support

• Provide hands-on support for global HR projects, with opportunities to take on increasing ownership of initiatives from planning through execution, across multiple stakeholders and geographies.

• Partner with HR leadership to track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring milestones are met and risks are flagged early.

• Prepare project materials, summaries, presentations, and updates for HR leadership and cross-functional partners.

• Assist in documenting HR processes, playbooks, and program materials to support consistency and scalability as the organization grows.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Serve as a culture ambassador, helping to reinforce Secretariat’s values, behaviors, and employee experience across regions and teams.

• Support the planning and execution of culture-building initiatives, events, and internal campaigns aligned with Vision and Values.

• Partner with HR and leadership to embed culture and engagement considerations into HR programs and initiatives.

• Act as a liaison between employees and HR, helping surface themes, insights, and engagement opportunities to inform HR initiatives.

Employee Survey Management

• Manage the end-to-end employee survey process, including survey setup, communications, timelines, reporting coordination, and follow-up support.

• Partner with HR leadership to analyze survey results, identify key themes, and support action planning efforts.

• Track engagement trends over time and assist with internal reporting and presentation of survey insights.

• Coordinate communications and resources related to survey participation and outcomes.

Employer Branding & Communications Support

• Support employer branding initiatives in partnership with HR, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition, ensuring alignment with Secretariat’s values and culture.

• Assist with the creation and maintenance of internal and external people-related content, including intranet updates, social posts, internal communications, and employer brand materials.

• Help amplify employee stories, culture highlights, and community initiatives to support recruitment and engagement goals.

Secretariat Involve & Community Outreach

• Provide administrative and programmatic support for Secretariat Involve initiatives, including coordination, communications, and tracking participation.

• Support community outreach and social impact programs, helping to organize activities, partnerships, and internal engagement.

• Track participation, outcomes, and feedback for community initiatives to support reporting and continuous improvement.

Vision & Values Support

• Support initiatives that reinforce Secretariat’s Vision and Values, including internal campaigns, learning moments, and leadership communications.

• Assist in integrating Vision and Values into HR programs, events, and employee-facing materials.

• Help ensure consistency in messaging and alignment across regions and teams.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support internal HR communications, including announcements, toolkits, FAQs, and change communications.

• Maintain HR program trackers, calendars, and shared resources to improve visibility and coordination.

• Assist with HR data collection and light reporting related to engagement, culture, and program participation.

• Support global HR initiatives by coordinating across time zones and regional teams.

• Assist with ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as the organization continues to scale.

• Assists with other general administrative and project support as required.

• Gain exposure to broader HR strategy, programs, and initiatives, with opportunities to expand responsibilities over time based on performance and business needs.

Technology skills

• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

• Proficient in use of online conference tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, WebEx, or Others.

• Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and online tools/platforms

Technical Experience

• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Communications, or Talent Acquisition.

• Experience supporting internal communications, surveys, or employee-facing initiatives.

• Prior experience in a growing or evolving organization undergoing change is a plus.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ related work experience required.

• Workday experience preferred, but not required

• PHR, SPHR, CPP, FCP or other HR related certifications a plus

• Occasional travel may be required.

• International HR experience a plus

• Must be authoirzed to work in the US without the need for sponsorship in the future.

*HYBRID – Secretariat operates in a hybrid environment, allowing our employees the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week.
