The P&C Operations and Compensation & Benefits Analyst plays a key role in supporting core People & Culture
processes and ensuring the effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs. This role combines datadriven
analysis with process execution, providing operational support across P&C systems, reporting,
compensation cycles, benefits administration, and compliance. The analyst partners closely with P&C, Payroll,
Finance, and external vendors to maintain data integrity, streamline workflows, and help implement global and
local C&B initiatives that align with the company's overall people strategy.
What Your Impact Will Be
• Oversee overall HR operations management for non-managerial staff.
• Execute annual performance appraisals, salary reviews, and bonus payouts for non-staff employees.
• Administer and perform data entry for employee records in AS400 and Workday systems, ensuring all employee information is accurately updated and maintained.
• Provide administrative support for the Leave Management system, including leave and attendance administration.
• Assist with monthly probation confirmations, including processing evaluation forms and letters, and updating employment status in AS400 and Workday.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of attendance and employee data affecting monthly payroll.
• Prepare and issue weekly and monthly reports on manpower movement, attrition, absenteeism, new hires,and other related metrics.
• Support the data entry process for new hires in non-staff categories.
• Support continuous improvement projects as identified and assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director.
• Oversee compliance and effectiveness of IETP, Disney, Target, ISO, 5S, and Safety labor management systems.
• Provide support during internal and external audits (e.g., IETP, Disney, Target, ISO, 5S, Safety), particularly in matters related to labor wages, benefits, and personal data.
• Initiate and implement legal or statutory changes to C&B and payroll policies and procedures upon official gasketing by relevant authorities.
• Ensure C&B and payroll practices adhere to legal requirements.
• Formulate, propose, and improve C&B and payroll policies, practices, and procedures as needed.
• Assist the HR Manager in administering salary scales and job grading structures for non-managerial staff, conducting periodic reviews to ensure external competitiveness.
• Support clinic operations and other general HR functions as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
• 2+ years Extensive experience in managing Compensation and Benefits (C&B), with a minimum of 2 years in a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in desktop and in-person research, analysis, and reporting.
• Exceptional meticulousness in handling details and numerical data.
• Computer literate
• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
