We are looking for an HR Operations Administrator to join our HR Operations team and handle various personnel-related issues. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in HR processes,  organized, and be able to handle various administrative tasks on time.

What you’ll do:

• Drive onboarding and offboarding processes, prepare HR Documents (contracts, forms etc.)

• Reply to employees’ queries about HR operations-related issues

• Ensure compliance with Public services requirements 

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

• Organize, maintain and update employee records  in a timely manner

• Responsible for handling the absences of employees

• Assist with payroll administration by preparing monthly reports with payroll data (leaves, sickness, overtimes)

 

• BSc in Accounting, Human Resources, or relevant field will be considered an asset

• 1+  years of experience as an HR Administrator or HR Assistant is a plus

• Hands-on experience with an HR Software (preferably Workday)

• Basic knowledge of labor laws

• Excellent organizational skills

• People-oriented attitude (approachable, good listener, easy to talk to)

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks within the day

• Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills

• High-level attention to detail and numerical literacy

• Good sense of responsibility and accountability

• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential

• Highest level of integrity
