We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Team Lead / Manager to oversee and drive end-to-end HR operations and administration. This role requires strong people leadership, deep expertise in HR operations, systems, and compliance, and the ability to manage complex employee lifecycle processes with a high degree of accuracy and governance. The role will closely partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and vendors to ensure operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree with specialization in Human Resources.
• Strong understanding of the HR domain, with hands-on exposure to HR operations and administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, analytics, and presentations.
Work Experience
• 7–10 years of experience in HR Operations and Administration, with 3–5 years in a Team Lead or Managerial role.
• Proven experience leading HR operations teams and managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (hire-to-exit, internal movements, payroll inputs, leave management).
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements, particularly for Singapore.
• Strong hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, iGROW, including advanced reporting and data analysis.
• Expertise in process governance, SOP development, SLA/KPI tracking, and audit readiness.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders, HRBPs, and vendors to resolve escalations and improve service delivery.
• Experience in process optimization, data analysis, and driving efficiency and quality improvements.
• Exposure to budget planning, resource allocation, team performance management, and strategic HR initiatives.
• Experience supporting change management and transformation projects within HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage HR Operations for accurate and timely execution of employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, exits, transfers, payroll inputs, leave administration).
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore HR policies and statutory regulations; exposure to China and Malaysia regulations is an added advantage.
• Establish, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); monitor adherence and drive process governance.
• Manage and maintain HR systems (e.g., Workday, iGROW), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, address escalations, and continuously enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, business leaders, payroll teams, and vendors to deliver seamless HR operations.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices across HR operations.
• Support learning and development operations using LMS platforms such as SuccessFactors or Cornerstone.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR operations team to ensure high performance and engagement.
