This role is for a person who can go beyond standard procedures, keep a helicopter view on HR operations, and connect the dots between people, processes, and systems.

What You Will Do:

Work with:

• HR systems and tools, including BambooHR, Deel, and internal HR solutions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency

• HR documentation, policies, and internal guidelines, keeping them structured and up to date

• local HR teams, internal departments, and external providers on operational HR matters

Deal with:

• day-to-day HR operational processes, including onboarding and offboarding support

• standard HR requests from employees and internal stakeholders

• HR data maintenance, documentation updates, and routine operational tasks
