What you will work on
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparation of employment documentation and ensure a smooth new hire experience
• Maintain and update accurate employee records in the HRIS system
• Handle Benefits registrations for the new comers
• Coordinate with external vendors and ensure timely updates, enrollments, and changes
• Maintain ongoing communication with managers to provide support and coordination regarding Digital Card and time tracking matters
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and operational efficiency
What you bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or a similar role
• Good understanding of labor law
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Problem-solving mindset and service-oriented approach
• Fluency in Greek and English language
