Join DKB Code Factory as HR Operations Manager - Spain and play a pivotal role in building and managing HR operations that empower our growing organization. This role off ers high ownership and the opportunity to shape HR processes from the ground up, directly impacting employee engagement and organizational success during a high-growth phase.

{ your_responsibilities: [

• Implement and manage core HR administrative tools (BambooHR & Leapsome), ensuring accurate employee data migration and maintenance.

• Develop and launch a comprehensive employee benefits program, effectively communicating it across the organization.

• Establish clear communication workflows with payroll providers and external HR service partners.

• Design, develop, and roll out a standardized onboarding process for new hires.

• Build and maintain effective communication channels with Berlin stakeholders and ensure HR knowledge sharing systems are operational.

• Continuously optimize HR processes and tools based on feedback and organizational needs.

• Act as a trusted HR advisor, supporting employees and managers in a complex, cross-border environment.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and the Berlin People Operations team to align HR strategies and policies.

• Proven experience in HR operations, with strong knowledge of HRIS systems (experience with any HRIS is sufficient).

• Deep understanding of employment law and compliance in Spain.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect HR initiatives to business goals.

• Strong decision-making skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Empathetic and service-oriented approach to employee relations.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, collaborating across locations and teams.
