Responsibilities
• Own global HR operations for contractors and employees
• Ensure consistent onboarding, off-boarding, and status changes
• Ensure HRIS (HiBob) data accuracy and conduct regular audits
• Coordinate HR compliance activities and prepare data for audits
• Validate HR data for contracts, amendments, and terminations before Legal
• Own governance of payroll and contractor payment HR inputs
• Design, document, and control HR operational processes
• Act as primary escalation point for operational and compliance issues
Core KPIs:
• Zero critical compliance breaches
• Near-100% data and payroll input accuracy
• On-time HR processes (onboarding/off-boarding, contract changes)
• Reduced recurring errors and escalations
• Stable HR operations without disruptions
Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR generalist/operations roles
• Legal or HR degree is strongly preferred to ensure structured, risk-aware decision making in complex operational environments
• Solid understanding of employment law, contractor models, and cross-border HR compliance; ability to work closely with Legal on contracts, amendments, and terminations
• Hands-on experience managing contractors and employees across multiple jurisdictions, ideally in remote-first or distributed organizations
• Strong experience working with HRIS systems (HiBob or similar), including data audits, process ownership, and ensuring near-perfect data accuracy
• Ability to design, document, and control HR processes end-to-end, act as an escalation point, and drive stability, consistency, and continuous improvement across HR operations
• Fluent English for daily communication in an international environment, working with policies, and coordinating with regional HR teams
