We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Operations professional to manage and strengthen end-to-end HR operational activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, employee lifecycle management, and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across core HR operations and the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate documentation, background verification, and system updates during onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HR files, and HRIS data.
HR Operations & Administration
• Execute day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Manage attendance, leave management systems, shift rosters, and employee data validation.
• Support payroll inputs, verification, and coordination with payroll teams/vendors to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, leave, and other operational matters.
Policy Implementation & Compliance
• Implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes consistently across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
• Support audits, inspections, and statutory filings by maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
Employee Engagement & Support
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related concerns and provide timely resolution.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR programs.
• Assist in handling employee relations issues and escalating concerns where required.
HR Systems & Reporting
• Maintain and update HRMS and employee databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare and share HR dashboards, MIS reports, and operational metrics for internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations or a similar HR generalist role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances.
• Experience with HRMS, payroll coordination, and MIS reporting.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HR tools, and documentation systems.
Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
