We are looking for an HR Operations professional with 2–4 years of relevant experience, specializing in Global Mobility, Employee Engagement, DEI initiatives, and sustainability reporting. This role supports regional and global HR programs, with a strong focus on compliance, stakeholder coordination, and delivering a seamless employee and candidate experience across international mobility and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Global Mobility & Compliance
• Manage end-to-end Global Mobility processes, including visa/work pass applications, relocation support, and onboarding for international hires.
• Review and process mobility-related recruitment documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Singapore Employment Act and local regulations.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, data integrity, confidentiality, and statutory compliance across all mobility activities.
• Coordinate with internal finance teams and external tax consultants on expatriate tax matters, documentation, and compliance for inbound and outbound employees.
• Collaborate with HR teams, hiring managers, and external vendors (immigration, relocation, tax partners) to ensure smooth mobility execution and positive candidate experience.
• Support ad-hoc and urgent mobility projects related to immigration, relocation, or tax requirements.
Employee Engagement, DEI & Sustainability
• Support and implement employee engagement programs, experience initiatives, and DEI frameworks at a regional or global level.
• Manage internal engagement activities, events, surveys, and communication with key stakeholders.
• Collect, review, and analyze employee feedback, engagement scores, DEI metrics, and sustainability KPIs to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Support sustainability and ESG reporting related to workforce practices, ensuring alignment with statutory requirements in Singapore, China, and Malaysia.
• Partner with HR teams, business leaders, and external consultants to promote inclusive practices and enhance overall employee experience.
• Contribute to audits, new DEI campaigns, engagement surveys, and sustainability initiatives as part of ongoing or ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications & Experience
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Global Mobility, Employee Engagement, DEI, or Sustainability roles.
• Strong understanding of Global Mobility processes and HR compliance requirements in Singapore; exposure to China and Malaysia regulations is an advantage.
• Experience handling visa/work pass processing, relocation coordination, and international onboarding.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
• Experience working with engagement tools, survey platforms, and reporting dashboards.
• Basic understanding of mobility reporting, engagement analytics, DEI effectiveness metrics, and sustainability reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
