About the Role
As an HR Operations Coordinator, you’ll support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
• Support onboarding (offers, visas, first-day setup)
• Assist with offboarding processes
• Respond to employee HR queries
• Support health insurance and benefits administration
• Liaise with external vendors
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labour laws
• Assist with audits and maintain HR documentation
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Help coordinate events, training, and travel
