HR Operations Assistant

At Via we employ hundreds of drivers across our mobility services in Europe. As an HR Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us implement and execute scalable HR processes to support those employees. This is an opportunity to gain a comprehensive introduction to HR operations as part of a growing team at the forefront of the mobility industry.

What You'll Do:

• Provide timely email support to employees on a variety of HR topics

• Issue various employer certificates and keep our HR database up to date

• Contribute to HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits

• Ensure that our drivers feel supported and help resolve their questions or concerns by optimizing systems and collaborating across teams

Who You Are:

• Minimum of 1+ year of work experience in HR operations, customer service, operations, or a similar role

• You speak fluent German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2)

• You are a good communicator who can find right tone for different stakeholders

• You are tech-savvy and enjoy working with modern IT tools, always seeking ways to gain efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Possibility to work 100% work from home, as long as you’re based in Germany. If you’re based in Berlin, possibility to our office in Mitte as many days as you’d like.
