About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Operational Excellence Analyst professional to join our team as an individual contributor. In this role, you will own end-to-end process redesign and drive scalable, data-driven improvements across HR operations. You will sit at the intersection of process design, systems thinking, and change management — partnering cross-functionally to eliminate friction, improve service delivery, and build the operational foundation that enables HR to scale effectively.
What You'll Do:
Process & Service Design:
Lead the redesign of cross-functional HR processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and user experience
Own and maintain end-to-end process maps, documentation, and service design decisions — including determining the appropriate delivery channel (automation, self-service, live support, or vendor) based on efficiency, scalability, and user experience
Identify and eliminate friction points across workflows and systems
Knowledge Management:
Improve knowledge effectiveness — including searchability, deflection, and usability — by leveraging data insights and user feedback to drive continuous optimization
Embed knowledge and recommendations directly into service and process design
Requirements & Testing Ownership:
Lead requirements gathering and documentation, translating business needs into clear functional requirements
Define testing strategy, scenarios, and success criteria; lead UAT execution and drive stakeholder alignment
Data & Continuous Improvement
Define and track KPIs including SLA, cycle time, quality, and deflection rates
Drive prioritized, data-driven improvements based on measurable impact and business outcomes
Change & Adoption:
Lead rollout of new processes, ensuring stakeholder alignment, clear communication, and successful adoption across impacted teams
Develop training and enablement materials to support change adoption
What You'll Need:
4–7 years of experience in HR operations or transformation roles
Proven track record of enterprise-level process transformation and governance
Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Strong end-to-end process redesign skills with a systems thinking mindset
Advanced data analysis skills and experience designing and tracking KPIs
Proven ability to gather requirements, define testing strategies, and lead UAT
Experience leading change management efforts including stakeholder alignment and adoption
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple functions simultaneously
Well-organized with high attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
