What will your job look like?
We are currently looking for an HR Officer to join our team at our Austin, Texas facility. In this role, you will mainly support the local Austin operations and work closely with employees and management on a day-to-day basis.
As HR Officer, you will be involved in different aspects of Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment & sourcing, payroll support, employee follow-up, and HR administration. You will play an important role in creating a positive employee experience and ensuring smooth HR operations within the Austin facility.
You will be reporting into the Global HR Manager who's located at the HQ in Belgium.
Some of your responsibilities:
Recruitment and sourcing: drafting and publishing vacancies, actively searching for candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding.
Following up with employees and managers regarding HR-related questions and day-to-day support.
Supporting payroll administration and ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date.
Maintaining employee records and handling HR administration confidentially and accurately.
Assisting with onboarding and employee integration.
Helping organize local team activities, events, and employee initiatives.
Supporting people managers with employee relations and people-related matters.
Ensuring HR processes are followed correctly and efficiently.
Performing other duties when needed.

Are you the right person?
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, especially in:
Sourcing and recruitment
Payroll support
Employee follow-up and employee relations
You have strong people skills and know how to build trust with employees and managers.
Confidentiality and discretion are extremely important in this role.
You are organized, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information professionally.
You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
