We are looking for a strategic HR Manager to lead and structure our Human Capital function, ensuring operational stability, engagement, and scalable HR processes across both internal teams and interpreter workforce.
What you will do:
Build and manage HR processes and policies.
Drive workforce stability and reduce attrition.
Lead employee engagement initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Ensure compliance and HR operational excellence.
Support business growth through strong people management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Advanced English level (required) — must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience in HR processes, employee engagement, and performance management.
Ability to work with data, analyze trends, and support decision-making.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing teams and driving organizational initiatives.
Experience in BPO, contact center, or service-based environments (highly preferred).
