具体的には、以下の業務を想定しています。
採用業務全体の進捗管理
- リクルーターの業務進捗確認・連携
- 採用状況の把握および課題整理
労務管理に関する業務状況の確認
- 日常的な運用が適切に行われているかのチェック
各部門における人材関連トラブルのヒアリングおよび一次対応
- 状況整理、関係者との連携、必要に応じたエスカレーション
人事制度の設計・見直しに関する業務
- 関係部署・関係者との打ち合わせ
- 検討事項の整理、調整、取りまとめ

• You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the progress of overall HR operations.
For matters where judgment may be difficult, the role is supported by an environment in which you can proceed while consulting with the HR Manager.
Specifically, the following duties are anticipated:
Overall progress management of recruitment operations
• Monitoring and coordinating the work progress of recruiters
• Understanding the current hiring status and organizing related issues
Reviewing the status of labor management operations
• Checking whether day-to-day operations are being conducted appropriately
Listening to and providing first-line responses to human resource–related issues and troubles in each department
• Organizing the situation, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and escalating matters as necessary
Work related to the design and review of HR systems
• Holding meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders
• Organizing discussion points, making adjustments, and compiling outcomes
Requirements:
日本語および英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
人事業務(採用・労務・制度など)に関する基礎的な知識・理解
※人事領域の経験年数よりも、業務を整理・調整し、関係者と円滑に進められる方を重視します。
Business communication skills in both Japanese and English
Basic knowledge and understanding of HR operations (such as recruitment, labor management, and HR systems)
