Are you our new HR Lead?

Dapper is looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Lead with a pioneering spirit - someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency worldwide.

As an HR Lead, you’ll play a key role in building and scaling Dapper’s people foundation, from recruitment and performance to culture and employee experience, ensuring our team can grow, perform, and do their best work.

This job is for you if you:

• Have 5+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a fast-scaling company, agency, or international environment

• You are based in the Netherlands

• Bring a people-first mindset combined with strong business understanding

• Are both strategic and hands-on — you can design policies but also execute them

• Have experience with recruitment strategy, performance management, and HR operations

• Possess strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR best practices (Bonus points if you have experience with Portuguese Labor Law)

• Are comfortable building HR structures and processes in a growing organization

• Enjoy working with data and insights to improve people decisions and processes

• Are a strong communicator with high emotional intelligence and integrity

• Take ownership, move fast, and approach challenges with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
