"Located 70 km from Mexico City, Bosch Plant in Toluca (TlP) has manufactured since 1966 a wide range of products for the Automotive Business for Electrical Drives (ED) and Gasoline Systems (GS) Divisions.

Ensure that the behavior of the collaborators complies with what is established in the RIT and CCT, coordinate the development of direct personnel, and ensure the execution of labor-administrative processes to guarantee a favorable work environment at the Toluca Plant and Satellites, as appropriate.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the RIT and CCT.
• Coordinate the development of personnel according to the performance evaluation.
• Ensure the correct application of payroll incidents for direct personnel.
• Execute administrative processes for direct personnel (terminations, overtime, EdePro, files, etc.).

• Beachelor's Degree in Psychologist, Business Management, Law or related
• 3 years of related experience
• Proficient knowledge on Labor Law, Mexican Constitution, IMSS Law, RIT, CCT
• Advance English Level is required
