Your main responsibilities will be:
Support the excution of the Annual Training Plan, ensuring coverage across all areas (production, installation, sales, support areas).
Provide operational support to ensure the Annual Training Plan aligns with the strategy (>200% growth in less than 5 years).
Coordinate in-person and online, managing registrations, invitations, materials, hotels booking and attendance tracking.
Monitor and report training budgets and costs by area or project.
Process FUNDAE funding applications and coordinate documentation with providers and administration.
Requirements to join us:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Operational People Developer, or similar.
Postgraduate training in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or People Management is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development environments
Experience in multinational companies or fast-expanding contexts is a plus.
Desirable experience in implementing learning platforms (LMS) and managing international training projects.
High-level English (B2)
Knowledge of digital training tools.
Knowledge of development and talent process
