Your Key Impact Areas
As the HR/L&D Administration Support Officer, you will gain diverse, hands-on experience across the full HR spectrum. You'll be exposed to recruitment and onboarding, but will have a focus on learning and development:
Coordinate training logistics, enrolments, and compliance tracking.
Maintain the Learning Management System and staff development records.
Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle processes.
Prepare HR documentation, reports, and data insights for audits and governance.
Support staff engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR events.

Is This You? Your Essential Skills for Success
Certificate IV in HR or Business Administration (or working towards).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/LMS platforms (e.g., Kineo, Scout, Chris21).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Please Note: This role is situated within a correctional setting and will involve direct contact with prisoners. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is mandatory.

Reference checks will be conducted following the interview
Fit2Work and National Police Certificate Authority Clearance which will be covered by our organisation
Pre-Employment Medical and Fitness Assessment, which will be covered by our organisation
