Responsibilities
• Managing a team of Relationship Managers who are accountable for the service relationship and promotion of our Product to enhance the customer's experience
• Ensuring increase in Customer/ Employee loyalty through proactive engagement process
• Managing productive relationships with functional leader/ Business partners
• Ensure deployment and implementation of activities towards providing a better support to the Imp accounts
• Monitor all critical account situation / Escalations until resolution
• Objectives to improve our customers/ Business partners overall satisfaction
• Constant feedback & review with the team on project updates, reviews & performance
• Carry out selling activities to enhance Service penetration
• Support the Account & Solutions Manager in the development of service revenue opportunities within an account
• Support the Account Manager in billing related matters Like generating customer specific billing
• Ensuring daily monitoring of performance and operations
