HR Internship - People Operations (m/f/d) 6 months duration

Mission Brief

Join our dynamic Talent Team and play a pivotal role in supporting HR operations and initiatives. You will contribute to the smooth running of administrative processes and support projects that help shape the future of our People Operations Team.

This is an opportunity based at our headquarters in Ottobrunn, internship contract duration of 6 months.

Your Role in Our Space Mission:

• Support the People Operations Team in all administrative and operational tasks (e.g., creating work confirmations, contract amendments, letters of reference)

• Maintain and administer employee data in their files and in our HR system

• Support the administration of our time tracking and absences (e.g. vacation, sick leaves, parental leaves)

• Support the transition to our new HR system Workday, including data migration, testing, and documentation

• Contribute to process optimization initiatives within People Operations

Qualification Checklist

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in business administration, psychology, human resources management, or comparable fields of study

• Proficient knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Very strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team

• Fluent in German and English
