We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to help our HR team. You will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in international and diverse working environment.
• Recruitment Support: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Learning & Development: Support the logistics and delivery of employee training sessions, including material preparation and tracking participant feedback.
• Process Optimization: Actively participate in HR process improvement projects by identifying manual tasks that can be streamlined through MS Office 365 tools.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing and facilitating internal events and initiatives to boost team morale and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Good problem solving and communication skills.
• Able to learn and master new knowledge and skills effectively.
• Are able to work full-time on site for a period of 6 months starting Aug/Sept 2026.
• Enrolled in a university for the whole duration of the internship.
• familiar with MS Excel, Power Query, PowerBI, Power Automate, and AI tools.
• Fluent in English. Speaking other European languages is a mandatory.
