WPP Media is hiring an HR Intern to join the team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is willing to share and contribute ideas and thrives on challenges. This role is a great introduction to the world of influencer marketing and will also help to build a solid foundation in the world of digital media.
Key responsibilities:
• To assist in employee on-boarding and off-boarding process. (e.g. raise IT ticket)
• Create and maintain personnel files and perform HR filing
• To support various HR initiatives - employee engagement activities
• Assist with HR communications and company-wide announcements; update the organizational chart on a quarterly basis
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as and when assigned
What you will need:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Excellent in English written and verbal communication skill
• Proactive and demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Minimum internship duration of 3 months
