Sourcing of resumes through Job Portals portal / reference
Screening and short listing of prospective candidates based on the desired job profile.
Handling initial screening of prospective candidate through telephonic/personal interviews.
Lining up and scheduled interviews with technical team.
Coordinate with technical team & senior management for final round of interviews.
Handling joining Formalities.
Conducting Induction/orientation program to the new joiners.
Developing and maintaining relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources.
Arranging walk in.
Working & maintaining Employee MIS of Company.
Attendance keeping of employees.
Managing payroll Management of the company.
Maintaining and updating of Employee Personal File in the HR System.
Monitoring working hours of the employees with the help of Access software.
Handling Leave Management.
Coordinating with IT team for the work station and work location for the new joiner.
Salary account opening formalities.
Taking care of employee’s medical insurance.
Handling exit formalities.
