Responsibilities you will perform –

• Posting and sourcing candidates through various - Job sites, social, professional networking sites etc.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to check confidence level, communication skills, technical skills, interest levels, etc.

• Preliminary screening /short-listing the right candidate for the given requirement.

• Communicating with HR and Closing the positions within the stipulated time
