We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment efforts across a diverse portfolio of roles and companies. This fully remote opportunity is designed for individuals who are eager to build a strong foundation in hiring while working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Unlike traditional internships, this role offers hands-on exposure to real hiring mandates, allowing you to actively contribute to building teams across functions such as sales, marketing, engineering, product, and operations.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a key role in executing structured recruitment processes, working closely with internal stakeholders, and interacting directly with candidates. The role requires discipline, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will gain end-to-end exposure to the hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to coordination and candidate experience, while learning how high-growth organizations approach talent acquisition.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and client organizations
• Source high-quality candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on role requirements and fitment criteria
• Initiate candidate outreach, communicate role details, and maintain engagement throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely experience
• Maintain accurate candidate trackers, databases, and hiring dashboards to monitor progress and pipeline health
• Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely updates and closures
• Collaborate with internal team members to understand hiring priorities and execution strategies
• Contribute to improving sourcing techniques and recruitment workflows for better efficiency and outcomes
