Requirements:
• Student in the final semesters of Human Resources, Administration, International Business or a related field.
• Shift: Monday to Friday 8 am to 2 pm
• Able to attend an on-site workday in Parque Industrial Querétaro.
• Intermediate to Advanced English is desirable.
• Strong time management skills, able to multitask and set priorities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Fine attention to detail and quality of work.

Responsibilities:

• Support coordination with office supply vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle phone calls and schedule appointments or interviews.
• Perform basic administrative tasks: filing, document distribution, and correspondence management.
• Monitor office supply inventory and prepare replenishment requests.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors and internal staff to resolve issues.
• Assist in organizing documentation for internal audits.
