1. Handling recruiting and hiring process, including: posting job openings, reviewing resumes,conducting telephone and in-person interviews, making job offers and negotiating starting salaries.
2. Making recruitment MIS.
3. Maintaining employee files.
4. Taking care of employee joining, Induction, Introduction.
5. HR operational activities.
