We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented HR Intern to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their HR career who is eager to develop hands on experience in Talent acquisition, HR analytics and reporting, while gaining a solid understanding of general HR processes and the whole employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including CV screening, candidate outreach, and interviews participation, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives such as job ads, online presence, and relationships with universities and career events
HR Operations & Administration: Support day-to-day HR activities and employee queries, including onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders
HR Analytics & Reporting: Collect, maintain, and analyse HR data (headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, absences), ensuring data accuracy and consistency across HR systems
HR Projects & Compliance: Support HR projects such as policy updates, engagement initiatives, and performance cycles, while staying up to date on legal and compliance requirements
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Some experience in HR, recruitment, data analysis, marketing, business development or a related internship
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Comfortable working with data and systems (Excel/Google Sheets required)
Fluency of the English language
A dynamic self-starter that is not afraid of a challenge
Nice to Have
Experience with ATS or HRIS tools
Some knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs
Experience with reporting, dashboards, or data visualization tools
Familiarity with labour requirements and employment processes in an international environment
