HR Intern

The Italy HR team is looking for a full-time intern for a period of 6 months.

You will be involved and will provide support to all the main HR processes for Italy with a specific focus on recruiting, employer branding, daily administration and employee relations.

You will assist the HR team (made up of 3 people) in the following tasks:

• Learning and development activities;
• Employer branding activities and events;
• Overall support in the recruiting process (CV screening, organizing candidate interviews);
• Management of administrative tasks across a spectrum of HR;
• Coordination of the onboarding of trainees joining the Milan office.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the Humanistic field, such as Human Resources, Psychology, Foreign Languages, Law, Economics;
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral;
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Highly organized and proactive, team player
• Good systems and database skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications
