Rentokil Initial, a global leader in environmental services, is seeking a friendly and energetic HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with all levels of management to establish HR policies and procedures, manage recruitment and employee benefits, and assist with employee relations issues. Responsibilities
• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Support on-boarding of new employees by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation, and ensuring smooth joining formalities.
• Assist in handling employee off-boarding processes, including clearance procedures and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate personal, contact, and employment details.
• Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, show-cause notices, and experience letters.
• Ensure proper filing, confidentiality, and secure maintenance of employee records in line with company policies and data privacy requirements.
• Track employee probation periods and coordinate with relevant departments for timely confirmation and documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries and coordinate with managers to address employee concerns.
• Support in maintaining positive employee relations and assist in resolving workplace issues under supervision.
• Assist in administering employee benefits such as health insurance and other company-provided programs.
• Maintain records related to employee compensation, benefits, and entitlements.
• Ensure HR activities comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Support implementation and adherence to HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Stay updated with HR trends, industry practices, and legal regulations to support continuous improvement in HR processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 0–1 years of HR experience or relevant internship experience (preferred but not mandatory for intern role)
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow into a full HR Executive role
