Human resources (HR) officers develop, advise on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organisation. Their aim is to ensure that the organisation employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employer's business aims.
Key Responsibilities -
• Taking care of absenteeism and handling manpower planning.
• To recruit the employees and verify their documents.
• To prepare job description/scope of work for employees.
• To complete joining formalities and issue appointment letter.
• Executing the induction and orientation of employees.
• To follow the performance appraisal before confirmation of employee and issue of letter of confirmation.
• Taking care of Payroll & PMS (Performance Management System) of the employees.
• To take care of the employees grievance along with Factory Management in order to secure their redressed and act as a chain between management and employees.
• To ensure welfare activities for the employees.
• To interact with HOD's to solve the day to day problems of the employees and for strong performance management.
• To ensure facilities of canteen, recreational activities and advice on individual and personal problems.
• To assist in statutory compliance and managing end to end HR activities.
