Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to support our growing team. This 3-month internship offers hands-on exposure to real HR operations in a fast-paced marketing agency environment. If you’re a people person with a knack for organization and communication—and you’re ready to make an impact—this role is for you. High-performing interns may be offered a permanent position at the end of the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and following up with candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and help new hires settle in smoothly.
• Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
• Help draft HR policies, SOPs, and other documentation.
• Contribute to performance review coordination and feedback processes.
• Manage day-to-day administrative HR tasks and support other ad-hoc requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
• Graduate or final-year student in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or MS Office tools.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a people-first mindset.
