HR Intern

We are looking for an HR Intern to be part of our Human Resources team, based in Istanbul.

Job Description: 

Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. 

Screening applicants, conducting recruitment processes in BambooHR, arranging interviews, updating hiring reports, and candidates' lists in projects. 

Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintaining agendas. 

Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. 

Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity. 

Performing orientations of new staff. 

Preparing and posting job advertisements in the company’s career portal and LinkedIn page. 

Scheduling and managing interviews and confirming all relevant details. 

Updating job listings and information, as needed. 

Facilitating accurate and timely communication with applicants. 

Preparing and sending offer letters. 

Required Qualifications: 

Be able to work min. 4 days a week.  

Fresh grads, last year of university or master's students. 

Good command of spoken and written English is a must.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
