Department Overview
As an EMEA Benefits Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Reporting directly to the EMEA Benefits Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in market benchmarking, vendor management, and internal communications within a fast-paced global HR environment.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Assist in conducting comprehensive reviews of current benefit offerings against market data across the EMEA region
• Regional Project Support: Provide data collection and coordination support for a specialized regional benefits project.
• Documentation & Data Integrity: Maintain and update benefit inventory files and project documentation for all EMEA countries, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date and centrally accessible.
• Employee Wellbeing Initiatives: Take ownership of the Global Wellbeing Calendar, coordinating updates and scheduling initiatives for the remainder of the year.
• Internal Communications: Support the creation of benefit communication materials to help employees better understand and utilize their perks.
• Vendor & Administration Coordination: Track and monitor queries raised with third-party benefit providers, ensuring timely resolution and identifying trends in employee needs.
• Policy Governance: Support the review and modernization of country-specific benefit policies to ensure they are up-to-date, compliant, and reflective of current company standards.
Basic Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data. Proficient user of Google and Microsoft office applications as well as AI tools
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex information for a diverse audience.
• Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks across different time zones.
• Proactive Learner: A self-starter who is comfortable reaching out to regional stakeholders to gather information.
• Language: English proficiency, other European languages is a plus.
