HR Intern

We offer an excellent opportunity to a student in HR to gain valuable practical HR knowledge, experience and corporate insights at a fast growing company in the energy sector. Our new HR intern would support the Western European Sales Division, supporting a number of European countries. You will be asked to work together the HR Director and other team members locally and internationally.

Recruitment process management:

• posting job advertisements and sending communication about vacancies,
• pre-screening candidates (CV screening, phone interviews as required),
• organizing interviews,
• acting as a point of contact for candidates, answering their questions,
• ensuring there is feedback provided to all candidates,

HR system & processes management

• HR system management - keeping our HR database up-to-date with any changes,
• Document management – creating contracts and contract amendments for different countries
• Support the preparation of ad-hoc reports to the local management/ Group HR,
• Following up on the completion of various HR activities,
• Supporting our Joiner-Mover-Leaver process,
• Support with drafting announcements,

Other HR initiatives

• Support any other administrational or organizational task

Requirements:

• Ongoing, full-time MSc/BSc student status (ideally in your last years of education) in a field in or close to HR (Economics/ Psychology etc.)
• Fluency in Hungarian and English
• Self-confident behavior, willingness to learn, try new things
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team
• Ability to use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level
• Any relevant previous work experience is an advantage
