Overview of Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple HR functions including employee engagement, HR operations, and HR analytics.

The HR Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities and initiatives while gaining exposure to real-world HR practices in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

HR Operations & Documentation

• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
● Support onboarding processes including documentation and orientation coordination
● Help update internal HR systems and employee databases

Employee Engagement

• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities
● Support internal communication and HR campaigns
● Help coordinate employee recognition and culture-building initiatives

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards related to hiring and engagement metrics
● Support data collection and analysis for HR initiatives
● Maintain recruitment and HR metrics trackers

HR Projects & Collaboration

• Support HR team members with ongoing HR projects and initiatives
● Participate in brainstorming sessions for HR process improvements
● Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
● Strong interest in Human Resources
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools
● Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or project experience in HR
● Interest in HR analytics, employer branding, or employee engagement programs
