Elite Talent is seeking a motivated HR Intern with 0–1 year of experience to support the HR team, with a primary focus on recruitment and HR administration. This role is suitable for entry level candidates who are looking to build a solid foundation in HR operations. Strong English communication skills are essential, and candidates holding HR-related certifications (such as Alison) are preferred.
Requirements:
Recruitment Support
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases.
• Support CV screening and shortlisting under supervision.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates.
• Update recruitment trackers and candidate records accurately.
HR Administration
• Assist in maintaining employee files and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Prepare basic HR documents and letters when required.
• Organize and update HR records and internal databases.
General HR Support
• Support daily HR operations and internal coordination.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and team members, mainly in English.
• Assist the HR team with ongoing tasks and HR-related projects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in HR, administration, or recruitment support.
• HR-related certifications ( Alisone,g..) are preferred.
• Fluent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
