About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and Office Management in a dynamic environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting employee onboarding, maintaining our HR systems, and helping manage day-to-day office needs.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires
Set up employees in our HR system
Coordinate equipment and access with IT
Ensure a smooth and welcoming first-day experience
HR Administration
Provide general administrative HR support
Office Management
Manage office supplies (ordering snacks, drinks, and materials)
Coordinate weekly team lunch (e.g., Thursday lunch)
Organize and coordinate monthly Town Halls
Support internal events
Help maintain a well-organized and pleasant office space
What We’re Looking For
Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Proactive and hands-on attitude
Comfortable handling confidential information
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Available to start in May, 32 hours per week
