The HR Head – Sales will act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, driving people effectiveness, sales governance, and workforce productivity across branches. This role focuses on talent planning, retention, performance management, and frontline engagement within a BFSI sales environment.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely fulfillment of sales manpower requirements across branches and regions.
• Drive human capital analytics by tracking attrition, productivity, profiling effectiveness, and employee grievances; translate insights into actionable plans.
• Design and implement sales retention strategies, including monetary and non-monetary interventions.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to embed sales governance frameworks and people practices across branches.
• Identify capability and development needs for sales cohorts and execute targeted learning and engagement initiatives.
• Conduct regular branch visits to strengthen engagement with frontline sales teams and managers.
• Facilitate the goal-setting and performance management cycle, including calibration and year-end appraisal processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 HR professionals, providing direction and operational leadership.
• Support the Head of HR on strategic HR initiatives, including projects for subsidiary or group entities.

Experience & Requirements

• Prior and mandatory experience in the BFSI domain, specifically supporting sales organizations.
• Strong background as an HR Business Partner for Sales with exposure to large, distributed teams.
• Proven experience in workforce planning, retention, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Ability to work closely with senior sales leaders and influence outcomes through data-driven insights.
